Power Of Why?
Have you ever felt like a puppet on a string with anyone and everyone pulling your strings? Now is the time to become your own puppet master. This can only happen when we take responsibility for whatever happens to us. Most of the time it is not so much what happens to us but how we react. By taking responsibility for what happens to us then we have the ability to change what happens to us or how we react. This will make a real difference to our lives in the long run as it gives us back control!To feel a sense of calm and confidence is important. When we don't feel this way it is often because our values and purpose don't align. Sounds simple but it is not. Values are things we believe in such as, love, integrity, respect, peace and perseverance .......Personal values should help us to deliver our purpose in life. When our Personal Values come in conflict with our Purpose In Life then we encounter an inner discord that leads to tension and struggle. Often even if our Values align with our Purpose In Life we can have great difficulty because we are not living up to our values. Again this will cause inner discord. These are the underlying elements that drive our ability to function well. That is why it immencely valuable to spend time figuring out our values and aligning them with our Life's Purpose.

Smile - they are of great value only when they are given away.Giving back to the community / environment helps us to understand that the world is not centred around us. To give back will reward you with a joy and satisfaction that is hard to beat. I was very dubious about this until I experienced it first hand by joining a community service club when I was young. Even tasks that are hard work can be fun when done in a spirit of generosity with a terrific group of friends.
Know What Flicks Your Off Switch
WHO BELIEVES THAT WHAT YOU SAY HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR PHYSICAL ABILITIES INSTANTLY?You see we may not be aware of it but there are many times in each day when we are SABOTAGING ourselves! It may seem like a small thing but it is a disastrously undermining. I'm talking about our negative self-talk or negative thoughts we have each day.
What we THINK is very important! Much more than IMPORTANT....IT IS CRUCIAL AND ALL POWERFUL!
Demonstrate this for yourself with this enlightening exercise. Find a friend who is about the same strength as you. Hold out one arm level with your shoulder and have your friend try to push your arm down while you try with all your strength to keep it up. Note if they are able to do it or not and how much effort it takes. Now say "I am weak" out loud and repeat it 3 times as if you mean it. Again have your friend try to push your arm down while you try with all your strength to keep it up. You should notice a huge difference. What you say clearly changes your physical abilities. It pays to keep this in mind.
